Login issue with WINCC Unified Academy

I recently signed up for training on the WINCC unified academy and I started the training. At some point, I had to reboot my computer, and I can’t no longer log back to the training platform.   Please refer to this following video to understand the issue : https://youtu.be/qrfXmGqnO8c   In the video, I am using my personnal email.   I did register to the platform with my professionnal email and I am stuck with the exact same issue.   I need help.   Best regards,

Thank you so much for pointing this out.

 

This is a bug that we are currently in process of fixing. The problem lies in that the sign-up/log in on www.siemens.com/unifiedacademy is a self-registration link for the course and when you try to sign back in it creates an unintended loop. 

 

If you are already signed up (through the link on that page) you need to go to https://unifiedacademy.reach360.com/learn/my-learning and you avoid that "sign-in loop". I know this isn't the most elegant fix, but it should work until we have the original link working correctly.

 

Please let me know if that works for you. We should have this fixed soon.

We've updated our landing page (www.siemens.com/unifiedacademy) with a link to login if you're already signed up. I'll update when the original link is fixed.
