How I set up WorkflowCommons v4.1.0 for My Project in Mendix Studio Pro 11.2.0 ?

Hello,I am using Mendix Studio  Pro 11.2.0 . And I downloaded WorkflowCommons v4.1.0 for it. According to the Academy in https://academy.mendix.com/link/modules/413/lectures/3360/4.2-Setting-Up-the-Project, the course told me that Make sure to configure the following state change microflows: Set Workflow state change to OCh_Workflow_State Set User task state change to OCh_WorkflowUserTask_State And the screenshot is    But in Mendix Studio Pro 11.2.0, I cannot find such states  Workflow state change and User task state change. And I cannot find such microflows  OCh_Workflow_State and OCh_WorkflowUserTask_State.  I asked Maia, and it told me no answer for Mendix Studio Pro 11.2.0. I just got a hyperlink, https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/workflow-how-to-configure/ where it also told me that Dashboards and metrics in Workflow Commons v2.1.0 and above depend on state change microflows. Make sure to do the following: In the App Settings > Workflows tab, set Workflow state change to OCh_Workflow_State. In the App Settings > Workflows tab, set User task state change to OCh_WorkflowUserTask_State.   And I do not know how to solve it now.   Can anyone with kindness help me?

Based on what you mentioned in the post it could be that Mendix academy did not properly update the content of the learning path in accordance with the 11 studio pro version.

Maybe you could go through the learning path in an older version like Mendix 10 for example.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. Indeed, the learning path seems to be outdated. We will look into updating it to reflect the latest setup for the Workflow Commons module.

Pease refer to the Mendix documentation of the module for an up-to-date setup guide.

https://docs.mendix.com/appstore/modules/workflow-commons/#configuration

Thanks

Thank you for mentioning this. We are currently reviewing all Learning content and are in the process of updating several learning paths to newer versions. In this specific case, the learning path is based on a Mx 9 version. It is recommended to use the specified version, because, as you noticed, things will change in newer versions and marketplace modules.

Our goal is to have a Mx 10 and Mx 11 version for the most used Learning paths and we will then discontinue the Mx 9 version. For now you can refer to Mohammad's answer for the most recent guide for setting up Workflow Commons.
